"My inspiration!"
Father Robert Glisch was our parish priest at St. Agnes Catholic Church and School
Back in the late 50's and early 60's when I was in grade school and high school.
He was a wonderful Catholic Priest, a Great Man, and a Dynamite Saxophone Player.
Father Glisch looked for a way to share his musical talent and inspire some young people
at the same time. He organized a band with three young people from St. Agnes School. He
then took us to entertain for the elderly at nursing homes.
Those fond memories stayed with me all through my life and brought me to where I
am today. I ask if you are an Amateur Musician please consider volunteering your
Talents to entertain, especially for assisted living & memory care seniors. I
can't begin to tell you how rewarding it is.
